We are seeking a business leader to join our retail leadership team at The Trybe Miranda.

As the Assistant Manager, you will be instrumental in executing the brand vision, fostering a high-performance culture, ensuring operational excellence, and delivering a fun and joyful shopping experience for parents and children alike.

You will collaborate closely with your Store Manager and Area Manager to cultivate a people-first culture, drive sales growth, and advance your leadership career.

Role & Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth store operations to meet sales targets, KPIs, store presentation standards, visual merchandising, stock management, wage control, and shrinkage reduction.
• Motivate and lead your team to achieve KPI and value-added targets.
• Monitor sales performance regularly, recognize achievements, and identify areas for improvement.
• Manage wages efficiently, adhering to weekly targets and rostering standards.
• Coach and mentor team members to maintain high morale and support their development through training and succession planning.
• Maintain compliance with OH&S legislation and ensure effective health and safety management.
• Implement structured rosters with two consecutive days off to promote work-life balance.

• After 12 months, qualify for 'Life Leave'—an additional 4 days annually.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience as a full-time or senior casual sales assistant, key holder, supervisor, or 3IC.

• Proven success in driving sales and achieving KPIs.
• Operational expertise in stock control and visual merchandising.
