Job summary

The Finish Line, Inc. is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to lead daily store operations and inspire a high-performance team in Grapevine. You will deliver exceptional customer experiences while driving sales and maintaining store standards.

As a key member of Management, you’ll shape the store’s success, manage inventory, train staff, and uphold health & safety policies in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; 2+ years retail leadership preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficient in retail management software and basic computer applications.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to read/write in English.
