Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service and team development in Clinton, Missouri.

You will assist with daily store functions, help customers, organize merchandise, train associates, and help ensure safety, loss prevention, and cashier responsibilities. This part-time role offers opportunities to contribute to a busy retail team and grow with the company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Store management experience in retail or grocery environment preferred.
• Lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical tasks as needed.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment.
• Excellent customer service and organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Assist customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Help organize and move merchandise between delivery, stockroom and sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives related to store activities and reporting.
• Maintain store displays and promotional materials.
