Job summary

Dry Goods, Inc. in Louisville, KY is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and to assist with daily operations.

You will train, coach and lead by example, develop relationships to grow store business, and help achieve individual and store sales goals while maintaining a high standard of customer service. This role requires flexibility to work a rotation of day, evening, and weekend shifts.

Job description
