Dry Goods, Inc. in Ann Arbor, MI is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the store manager in driving teamwork, delivering personalized service, and applying product knowledge to help customers create their own style.

You will train and coach associates, develop relationships to grow the store business, and ensure the execution of sales duties while meeting store goals. This role requires flexibility for day, evening and weekend shifts, with a focus on internal promotion and career

As an Assistant Store Manager, you support the store manager in motivating associates to help customers create their own personal style and assisting with all operations. You provide one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, sharing product knowledge, and presenting a clean and exciting store.
