Primary Duties
  1. Assist the Store Manager with managing the sales floor, maintaining visual standards, and performing opening and closing routines, including opening/closing of store and registers, deposits, and shipment receipt.
  2. Assist in developing associates at all levels and building a cohesive team based on store needs.
  3. Follow and execute daily goals and directions, incorporating loss prevention and safety measures.
Requirements
  • Minimum of 6 months management experience in retail or non-retail.
  • Retail experience is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
  • Ability to train, direct, and develop associates.
  • Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to interpret floor plans, safety rules, and operating instructions.
  • Ability to perform cash register functions.
  • Ability to work a full-time schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to handle and lift merchandise.
  • Stylish with a love of fashion.
