Role Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and assisting the Store Manager in daily store operations. Your duties include maintaining inventory, store appearance, and completing daily paperwork. Under the Store Manager's guidance, you will supervise, train, and develop store team members, assist with unloading merchandise, organize stock, and support ordering and record-keeping processes. You will also help in loss prevention efforts and assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
