Role Overview

As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting the Store Manager with daily store operations, maintaining inventories, store appearance, and completing daily paperwork.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly manner, answer questions, and resolve inquiries.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment.
• Supervise, train, and develop Store Team Members under the Store Manager's guidance.
• Assist with unloading merchandise, organizing stock, and transferring items from stockroom to sales floor.
• Support in ordering merchandise, record keeping, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Assist in loss prevention efforts.
• Assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
