A leading luxury beauty brand is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to enhance customer engagement and drive sales. The role involves overseeing daily operations, cultivating client relationships, and supporting the Store Manager in achieving business goals. The Opportunity:
BYREDO is seeking an Assistant Store Manager who, in partnership with the Store Manager, is responsible for promoting brand engagement and loyalty to customers, top clients and VIPs, in order to guarantee store business goals. The Assistant Store Manager will collaborate with the Store Manager on all aspects of running the store, assuming the Store Manager duties in their absence. They represent the company and is a proactive sales professional who guarantee compliance with all procedures set by Headquarters and aimed at managing store staff and ensuring that the store runs efficiently.

Compensation:
As required by the New York state salary transparency law, effective November 2022, the expected base salary for this position is between $75,000.00 - $85,000.00 salary. Various factors are considered when extending offers, such as relevant skillset, training, years of experience related to the current job description, education, and our organizational structure.
