Position: Assistant Store Manager

As an Assistant Store Manager at Dollar Express, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and supporting the Store Manager in daily store operations. Your duties will include maintaining inventories, store appearance, and completing daily paperwork under the Store Manager's guidance.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities

• Greet and assist customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Answer questions and resolve customer inquiries and concerns.
• Maintain a clean, well-stocked store environment.
• Supervise, train, and develop store team members on operating practices and procedures.
• Assist in unloading merchandise, organizing stock, and transferring merchandise from stockroom to sales floor.
• Support the Store Manager in ordering merchandise, record-keeping, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling.
• Contribute to loss prevention efforts.
• Assume management responsibilities in the absence of the Store Manager.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
