Responsibilities include supporting store operations to maximize sales and profitability by maintaining guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, and inventory control. The minimum age requirement is 18, with a flexible schedule. Physical demands include standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
