A leading retail company is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations and enhance guest services. The role involves staff development, inventory management, and ensuring profitability. Ideal candidates will have retail or management experience and be able to handle physical demands.
Hourly rate ranges from $15.00 to $15.25 and is dependent upon qualifications and experience.

The Assistant Store Manager is responsible for establishing and maintaining Guest Services. This role supports the Store Manager in various tasks involved in the overall operation of the store, ensuring maximum sales and profitability by developing staff, controlling expenses and shrinkage, and managing all aspects of merchandising and inventory control in accordance with company policies and procedures.
The minimum age requirement for this position is 18. The physical demands include standing, walking, climbing ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds for more than 8 hours per day. Prior retail or management experience is required.
