The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Responsibilities include supporting overall store operations, maximizing sales and profitability, maintaining guest services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory.
Minimum age is 18, with a flexible schedule required. Physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
