Iris Galerie has a network of nearly 200 galleries opened in less than 3 years across 19 countries, with a plan to open more than 100 galleries internationally in 2025, in culturally rich cities.

Here’s what YOU get to do:

· Welcome customers, identify their needs, and provide tailored product recommendations and demonstrations.

· Drive sales by achieving personal targets and supporting store goals through upselling and cross-selling.
· Maintain strong product knowledge and stay informed on new arrivals and industry trends.
· Keep the gallery clean, organized, and visually appealing; assist with merchandising and stock management.
· Process transactions accurately and handle cash in compliance with company procedures.
· Collaborate with team members, contribute to meetings, and support the training and onboarding of new staff.
· Address customer concerns professionally and report feedback to improve service and offerings.
· Assist with opening and closing duties, and ensure timely completion of daily administrative tasks.

Our Ideal Candidate:

· Schedule flexibility

· Strongly appreciated 2 or 3 languages spoken

· Excellent presentation and mastery of written and oral communication tools

· Ability to multitask, organize, and prioritize work

· Autonomy, Proactivity, Team spirit

· Knowledge of digital tools (Adobe) is a plus but not mandatory

· An interest or even experience in photography is a plus
