Spirit Halloween is looking for an Assistant Store Manager in Skin Corner, New Jersey to assist the Store Manager with staffing, merchandising, and operations in our seasonal store.

Compensation

Hourly rate ranges from $17.92 - $18.17 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring maximum sales/profitability through guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage control, merchandising and inventory control.

Requirements

Minimum age: 18. Flexible schedule required.

Physical demands: 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, lifting/moving up to 50 pounds.

Prior retail management experience required.
