Job summary

Spirit Halloween in Newton, New Jersey, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations. You will handle staffing, setup, merchandising, and inventory control to maximize sales and profitability.

Compensation

Hourly rate ranges from $17.92 - $18.17 per hour, dependent upon qualifications and experience.

Key Responsibilities

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in the staffing, setup, merchandising, pack‑up and teardown of a seasonal store. The Assistant Manager is responsible for ensuring maximum sales/profitability through guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage control, merchandising and inventory control.
