The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Responsibilities include supporting store operations to maximize sales and profitability by maintaining guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, and inventory control. Minimum age is 18, with a flexible schedule required. Physical demands include standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
