Job Title: Assistant Store Manager - Spirit

Job Responsibilities:

• Support the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store.
• Assist in achieving maximum sales/profitability through guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, merchandising, and inventory control.
• Ensure store operations run smoothly, supporting a team in a fast-paced retail environment.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible schedule.
• Physical ability to stand and walk for 8+ hours, climb ladders, set up fixtures, and lift/move up to 50 pounds.
• Prior retail management experience is required.
