The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in various store operations, including staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. The Assistant Manager is responsible for assisting in tasks that ensure the store's overall success, such as maximizing sales and profitability, maintaining guest services, staff development, controlling expenses, shrinkage, and managing merchandising and inventory.

Minimum Requirements:

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Flexible schedule
• Prior retail management experience

• Standing and walking for 8+ hours
