The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to ensure maximum sales/profitability through guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, merchandising, and inventory control. Candidates must be at least 18 years old and have a flexible schedule. The physical demands include 8+ hours of standing and walking, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
