The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in staffing, setup, merchandising, pack-up, and teardown of a Seasonal Store. Responsibilities include supporting the Store Manager to ensure maximum sales/profitability through guest services, staff development, expense control, shrinkage management, merchandising, and inventory control. The minimum age requirement is 18, and the candidate must have a flexible schedule. Physical demands include standing and walking for 8+ hours, climbing ladders, setting up fixtures, and lifting/moving up to 50 pounds. Prior retail management experience is required.
