Qualifications

• Experience in sales and leading a team is preferred.
• Ability to train and coach store staff.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and guide them through shopping.
• Sell shoes, apparel, and accessories.
• Ring up sales and process payments.
• Restock the sales floor and keep it neat.
• Assist Store Manager with recruitment and training.
• Coach and discipline sales team.
• Lead the team to deliver the best customer experience.
• Prepare deposits and drop them at the bank.
• Process freight and set the sales floor as shipments arrive.
