Responsibilities

• Rent storage units and explain options to fit customer needs.
• Provide exceptional customer service and resolve inquiries.
• Conduct regular facility inspections for cleanliness and security.
• Process payments, collect late fees, and maintain records.
• Market storage units and related products.
• Perform light maintenance and report major issues.
• Maintain tenant information and rental agreements.
• Uphold policies and ensure a safe environment.
• Report to the District Manager; attendance required.
• Other duties as assigned.
