Job summary

TrailersPlus, a division of Interstate Group, seeks an Assistant Store Manager in Idaho Falls to oversee daily operations, sales, inventory, and customer service. You will support the Store Manager, guide staff, and drive revenue while ensuring accuracy of invoicing and adherence to policies.

We value leadership, strong communication, and problem-solving abilities. A high school diploma is required with 6–12 months of related experience; Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in retail or service environments.
• Ability to manage sales goals and staff schedules.
• Experience with safety and compliance procedures.
• Spanish language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Store Manager in achieving revenue goals and supervise sales/service staff.
• Implement and enforce all aspects of the Employee Handbook.
• Meet deadlines for daily, weekly, bi-monthly, monthly, and annual reports.
• Manage daily processes: trailer/parts sales, service work, inventory, vendor relations, pricing.
• Verify invoicing for trailers, parts, and labor; ensure paperwork is filed with state agencies.
• Maintain a safe, productive workplace and address performance concerns.
• Ensure proper keys handling and collaborate with other departments.
