Job summary

Dollar Tree in Yukon, Oklahoma is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will help with day-to-day activities, assist customers, organize merchandise, and maintain clean, inviting store areas.

Open and close procedures, payroll records, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention will be part of your responsibilities. You will coach Store Associates under the Store Manager to ensure a positive, safe, and respectful shopping

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience in store management in retail, grocery, or drug store preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical store duties.
• Strong communication and customer service skills required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Provide friendly customer service and address questions.
• Move merchandise from delivery to stockroom and sales floor.
• Open and close procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, cash handling, and loss prevention.
• Maintain a clean, organized store and safety compliance.
• Train and develop store associates under the Store Manager.
• Ensure a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
