Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities
• Support customer service and address questions or concerns
• Help organize and transfer merchandise between delivery, stockroom, and sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Adhere to directives and maintain promotional fixtures
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged merch, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling
• Maintain clean, well-stocked sales floor and stockroom
• Protect assets and ensure policy compliance
• Help supervise and develop store associates
• Maintain a safe, respectful environment for customers and staff
