Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager with assets control and store operations
• Collaborate with Store Manager to set action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering and scheduling
• Act as store lead in the Store Manager's absence
• Assist in personnel recruiting, training, and evaluation
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments
• Monitor inventory, sales statistics and expenses to protect profitability
• Direct staff to ensure department tasks and standards are met
• Keep Store Manager informed on inventory movement and customer trends
• Ensure high-quality customer service per manuals
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per the customer service manual
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear
• Uphold company policies and procedures
• Protect assets and financial information and flag potential fraud risk
