• Monitor inventory, sales statistics, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Deliver extraordinary customer service per the service manual.
• Promote and sell services and merchandise offered by Hibbett I City Gear.
• Uphold policies, procedures, and standards and maintain internal controls.
