Dollar Tree, Inc. seeks an Assistant Store Manager for our Palmyra, PA location to support store operations, customer service, and team development.

You will assist with daily store activities, organize merchandise, supervise associates, and ensure policies are followed while maintaining a safe, friendly shopping environment. The role emphasizes leadership, operational excellence, and the ability to manage opening/closing procedures and payroll-related tasks in a fast-paced retail setting.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred and ability to read, interpret directives.
• Experience managing retail operations, especially in store environments.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Ability to supervise and develop Store Associates.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with day-to-day store activities and operations.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Assist in payroll, scheduling, and record keeping and support loss prevention.
