Job summary

Dollar Tree in Clinton, NC is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help run store operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and develop the store team. You will assist with day-to-day activities, merchandise flow, and maintaining a welcoming shopping environment.

This part-time role requires a high school diploma, retail experience preferred, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs. You will support opening/closing tasks, enforce policies, and train Store Associates while keeping the store

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Assist in organizing merchandise and transferring from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process corporate directives and store communications.
• Maintain store fixtures, displays, and overall promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged merchandise, payroll and scheduling.
• Keep store areas neat, stocked, and secure assets including cash.
• Support Store Manager in supervising and developing Store Associates.
