You will assist in implementing action plans across departments, train staff, and ensure profitability while promoting merchandise and services. A fast-paced retail environment requires initiative and strong communication.

• Experience in a retail environment, preferably footwear/apparel.
• 1–3 years of customer service experience.

Mansioni

• Assist Store Manager in controlling store assets and operations.
• Consult with Store Manager to develop action plans for selling, restocking, merchandising, ordering, and scheduling.
• Act as acting Store Manager in absence of Store Manager.
• Lead recruitment, training, and evaluation of personnel.
• Provide guidance to employees and customers across departments.
• Monitor inventory, sales stats, and expenses to ensure profitability.
• Direct staff to ensure departments meet responsibilities and standards.
• Maintain customer service quality per manuals and policies.
