Job summary

You will coach Store Associates, maintain promotional displays, and adhere to company policies. Strong communication, problem-solving, and the ability to lift up to 55 lbs are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; ability to read, interpret directives.
• Store management experience in retail, grocery, or drug store environment preferred.
• Must be able to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties including walking, standing, bending, and repetitive motions.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-energy, team environment and deliver exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner and address questions or concerns.
• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Support payroll, scheduling, and cash handling; assist with loss prevention.
• Maintain store cleanliness and presentation to company standards.
• Provide training and development support to Store Associates.
