Par Pacific’s nomnom Grangeville location in Grangeville, ID is hiring a Customer Service Associate. You will assist neighbors at the pump and store, ring up sales, handle cash, and maintain clean, safe operations.

The role requires 21+ years old, English communication skills, and flexibility to work shifts. Full-time, with opportunities across a growing company and a strong team culture.

Qualifications

• At least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Experience in retail sales and cash handling preferred.
• Ability to communicate in English (oral and written).
• Ability to work various shifts and arrive on time.
• Ability to use equipment, tools and materials as required.
• Ability to perform essential duties in the stated conditions.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt and courteous customer service at the store or gas pumps.
• Ring up sales on POS and handle cash and other payment methods.
• Manage cash and other tender forms, including coupons.
• Follow store policies, safety and environmental procedures.
• Receive, stock and organize merchandise; assist with inventory control.
• Attend safety trainings and job-related meetings; participate in audits.
• Maintain site cleanliness and operate pumps and equipment as needed.
• Be a positive team player and adapt to flexible hours and assignments.
• Obtain required food and age-restricted product certifications within two weeks of employment.
