You will collaborate with the leadership team to implement strategies, ensure smooth operations, and deliver best-in-class service across the store.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of retail management experience with a similar scope.

Responsabilités

• Support Store Director & Associate Store Manager to impact business results and profitability.
• Own designated division of responsibility (Visual Merchandising, Operations, HR, Service & Selling).
• Manage store operations, systems, and technology while ensuring accountability.
• Assist with recruiting, training and development as needed.
• Partner with leadership to maintain a collaborative working environment for all associates.
• Ensure the team stays on track to exceed goals and provide best-in-class customer service.
• Lead product knowledge sessions to elevate authentic customer connections.
• Develop innovative ways to engage the community and build loyalty through events.
• Can step into various sales floor roles when needed.
