Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent.
• Prior convenience store experience is helpful but not required.
• Valid Driver’s License and dependable transportation.
• Ability to multi-task and strong organizational skills.
• Good communication skills and professional interaction.
• Works in a typical retail convenience store setting.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily activities of employees to improve sales performance.
• Assist in training and motivating all store personnel.
• Provide excellent customer service and greet customers.
• Suggest merchandise purchases and maintain displays.
• Operate cash register with accuracy and handle transactions.
• Stock merchandise and manage backroom storage.
• Maintain health department compliance and safety policies.
• Lift up to 50 lbs as needed and ensure store cleanliness.
• Work at least two nights per week and three weekends per month.
