3. Providing consistent, documented appraisals of associates’ sales performance, with feedback on strengths and areas for improvement, aligned with Company Objectives.
4. Adhering to visual guidelines, including proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
5. Maintaining a professional appearance consistent with the Dress Code Policy.

Principle Duties and Responsibilities

Generate Sales

1. Produce sales gains through customer service.
2. Meet or exceed individual sales objectives.
3. Provide performance appraisals and feedback to associates.
4. Follow visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
5. Maintain professional appearance as per policy.

Control Expenses

1. Protect company assets according to retail policies.
2. Assist in creating store schedules within wage guidelines.
3. Manage inventory accurately, including receiving, transferring, pricing, and counting.
4. Maintain proper documentation and records in compliance with policies and laws.
5. Follow procedures for opening and closing the store.
6. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.

Supervise Associates

1. Participate in training and meet set sales and task goals.
2. Assist in recruiting and training staff on store operations.
3. Ensure compliance with policies, including inventory and property security.
4. Perform duties of subordinates when needed.
5. Communicate effectively with all staff levels.
6. Other duties as assigned.

Job Required Knowledge & Skills
