Responsibilities include:

- Adhering to visual guidelines, including proper merchandising, signage, and store cleanliness.
- Maintaining a professional appearance consistent with the Dress Code Policy.
Principle Duties and Responsibilities
Generate Sales
- Produce sales gains through customer service.
- Meet or exceed individual sales objectives.
- Provide performance appraisals and feedback to associates.
- Follow visual merchandising and cleanliness standards.
- Maintain professional appearance as per policy.
Control Expenses
- Protect company assets according to retail policies.
- Assist in creating store schedules within wage guidelines.
- Manage inventory accurately, including receiving, transferring, pricing, and counting.
- Maintain proper documentation and records in compliance with policies and laws.
- Follow procedures for opening and closing the store.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
Supervise Associates
- Participate in training and meet set sales and task goals.
- Assist in recruiting and training staff on store operations.
- Ensure compliance with policies, including inventory and property security.
- Perform duties of subordinates when needed.
- Communicate effectively with all staff levels.
- Other duties as assigned.
Job Required Knowledge & Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent plus one year of relevant experience.
- Proven ability to generate sales and minimize loss.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Computer literacy and software proficiency.
- Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds, climb ladders, and work overhead.
- Standing for up to 100% of the work time.
- Ability to work independently.
