You will support the Store Manager to coach Sales Associates, ensure exceptional customer experiences, and develop talent for long-term success.

Applicants should have supervisory experience, strong retail operations skills, inventory control, and cash handling.

Qualifications

Proven supervisory experience in retail.
Personalized, inspirational customer service skills.
Strong track record of coaching/mentoring others to hit sales targets.
Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends and events.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with POS systems.

Responsibilities
