• Supports Store Manager in recruitment, coaching and talent development.
• Delivers in-person training and coordinates with HQ Retail Training team.
• Oversees visual merchandising and store presentation to align with brand standards.
• Manages store operations, loss prevention, and scheduling to ensure smooth performance.
