Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Minimum 3+ years retail sales/customer service experience preferred.
• At least 1+ year(s) prior management experience preferred.
• Ability to lead or support a team to meet business objectives.
• Can effectively communicate with team and management.
• Must have scheduling availability to meet business needs.
• Cosmetology license desirable, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and direction to associates to deliver an exceptional client experience and achieve KPIs.
• Engage, train and develop teams; recruit to build candidate pool as needed.
• Ensure execution of company processes and Omni-channel strategies.
• Oversee inventory, payroll hours, scheduling, store opening/closing procedures; follow Company directives.
