7 Brew Coffee is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Naperville to partner with the Store Manager to drive growth, uphold culture, and ensure efficient operations. You will lead a crew, coach staff, and handle admin duties while ensuring strong customer experience across all dayparts.

This role is a pipeline to Store Manager within 6–12 months, with a focus on developing leadership, scheduling, and cost control. Candidates must be able to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
