Job summary

7 Brew is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Mokena, IL. You will partner with the Store Manager to drive growth, uphold culture, and deliver excellent customer service across all dayparts.

The role is a pipeline to Store Manager within 6–12 months, with responsibilities spanning coaching, admin duties, and overseeing operations. A strong leadership track and flexibility in shifts are expected.

Qualifications

• Experience in a fast-paced coffee/food service is preferred.
• Ability to lead, coach, and develop team members.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Be proficient in Brewista and Shift Lead duties and skill sets.
• Maintain wait times, cleanliness, and customer interactions through training and coaching.
• Develop a positive culture through training, delegation, and feedback.
• Create weekly shift schedules with cost-conscious staffing.
• Oversee operations across all shifts and manage inventory.
