Peet's Coffee is hiring Assistant Store Managers in Michigan to support daily operations and sales growth. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, with a path to Store Manager within 12–18 months and opportunities such as tuition scholarships.

The role offers development, performance-based pay progression, and a strong focus on teamwork, coaching, and operational excellence in a coffee-loving environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years management/supervisory experience in service/food industry or equivalent.
• Open availability and 40 hours per week.
• Ability to work varied hours including mornings, evenings and weekends.
• Legally eligible to work in the country where the job is located.
• Must be at least 18 years old and able to perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and operational goals by leading the team and delivering great customer experiences.
• Use reporting tools with the Store Manager to track progress and identify improvement opportunities.
• Foster a positive team culture and effective communication while managing change to retain staff.
• Provide coaching and feedback to develop employee knowledge and performance in partnership with the Store Manager.
