Discount Tire, a leading tire retailer, is seeking an Assistant Store Manager in Burnsville, MN to lead a team of 4-5 technicians on the sales floor and service bays. You’ll coach staff, ensure safe, timely tire services, and deliver a welcoming customer experience.

As a people-first employer with a promote-from-within culture, you’ll participate in hands-on training, manage inventory, and help grow the store with strong leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license.
• Automotive enthusiasm is a plus, training provided.

Responsabilités

• Busting tires: install, rotate, balance, repair.
• Coaching a team of 4-5 technicians.
• Managing inventory of tires, wheels, and parts.
