Job summary

Dollar Tree is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to support store operations, customer service, and team development. You will assist with day-to-day activities, organize merchandise, and ensure clean, safe store conditions.

Responsibilities include supervising store associates, upholding company standards, and implementing promotions and loss prevention measures. A high school diploma and strong communication skills are required for this on-site role.

• Maintain attractive front-end fixtures and displays.
• Assist in ordering merchandise, processing damaged items, and loss prevention.
• Maintain well-stocked sales floor and organized stockroom.
• Protect store assets including cash.
• Adhere to safety policies and train staff accordingly.
• Help Store Manager supervise, train, and develop Store Associates.
• Maintain a positive, safe, and respectful environment.
