Job summary

• Associate or bachelor’s degree related to business management preferred.
• Minimum of one year experience in a supervisory role within a retail, production, or service environment.
• Experience managing in a fast-paced professional work setting.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Must have a valid Driver’s License and be eligible to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Provide oversight to support daily operations and drive retail profitability.
• Set expectations for policy execution and respond to employee performance.
• Lead staffing, training, and development for assigned departments.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal laws and CommunityAid policies.
• Maintain a safe, organized environment for employees, customers, and donors.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by the Store Manager.
