Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities.
• Help customers and address questions or concerns.
• Support merchandising, stocking, and stockroom/ sales floor transitions.
• Perform opening and closing procedures as needed.
• Process directives, payroll, scheduling, and cash handling with attention to loss prevention.
• Mentor Store Associates and help develop the team.
• Maintain clean, organized store and ensure safety and policy compliance.
