Job summary

Responsibilities

• Assist with store functions and day-to-day activities

• Organize and transfer merchandise from delivery to stockroom to sales floor
• Perform opening and closing procedures
• Process corporate directives and store communications
• Maintain fixtures and displays and loss prevention measures
• Assist in ordering merchandise, payroll and scheduling, and cash handling
• Maintain clean, stocked sales floor and organized stockroom
• Protect store assets including cash
• Enforce policies and safety guidelines
• Help Store Manager supervise and develop Store Associates
• Ensure a positive, safe environment for customers and staff
• Maintain store cleanliness and restocking of bathrooms and floors
• Other duties as assigned
