Job summary

The ideal candidate brings supervisory retail experience, strong math and administrative skills, and a focus on customer relations and problem solving. Proficiency with spreadsheets and computers is expected.

Qualifications

• Supervisory experience in retail and strong people skills.
• Strong math skills for planning, pricing, and scheduling.
• Excellent administrative, mentoring, organization, coordination, and follow-through skills.
• Provide excellent customer relations, communications and problem solving skills.
• Operate store equipment including computers; proficient with spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Assist with coordinating store operations under the Store Director.
• Plan, organize and implement strategy; ensure schedules and objectives are met.
• Monitor inventory and order merchandise based on demand.
• Be open to transfer opportunities and assist multiple locations as needed.
