The Big Tool Box Inc in Centennial, CO is hiring an Assistant Store Manager-Operations to lead Receiving/Warehouse, Rental/Repair, and Cashier/Front-End teams. As MOD, you’ll oversee operations, drive accuracy, availability, and customer service while ensuring safety and compliance.

You’ll manage 15–30 associates, help set department goals, coach supervisors, and partner with the Store Manager on hiring, training, and budget targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or related field preferred; equivalent experience accepted.
3+ years multi-department retail management; 2+ years leadership in receiving/warehouse, rental/repair, and/or front-end operations.
Deep operational expertise in receiving processes, rental systems, and cash office procedures.

Responsibilities

Oversee Receiving/Warehouse, Rental/Repair, and Cashier/Front-End leadership and performance.
Set and achieve goals for receiving accuracy, rental availability, and front-end metrics.
Lead Supervisors and teams (15–30 associates); manage schedules and conduct reviews.
Act as MOD on rotating shifts; authorize overrides and coordinate cross-department tasks.
Drive process improvements and ensure compliance with safety and cashier procedures.
