Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in retail, grocery, or drug store management preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 55 lbs and perform physical duties.

• Demonstrated customer service and organizational skills.
• Strong problem solving and decision-making abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily store functions and activities.
• Help customers in a positive, approachable manner.
• Organize merchandise from delivery to sales floor and maintain seasonal areas.
• Perform opening and closing procedures.
• Follow corporate directives and manage store communications.
• Maintain fixtures, displays, and promotional effectiveness.
• Assist in ordering, processing damaged goods, payroll, scheduling, cash deposits, and loss prevention.
• Keep store areas clean, stocked and organized; protect assets.
• Train and develop store associates; maintain a safe, respectful environment.
• Adhere to policies and community standards; perform other duties as assigned.
